I am originally from the Auvergne region of France. I grew up within the catering industry as my father was a baker and patissier. I came to England in 1982 and worked for Sharaton Patisserie then moved to La Maison Des Sorbets as pastry chef then to their sales team. A few more years in kitchens of various London and Surrey establishments until 2009 when I set up my Recruitment company
When I am not in the office, you can find me eating ice cream with my Grand Daughter, making brioche aux Praline for my wife or on the golf course as Merrist Wood Golf club
My heavenly food is a Religieuse (French Patisserie) My hell food is anything really badly cooked and Marmite!
