Dominique came to England in 1982 and worked for some of the best patisseries in London of the Eighties and Nineties. After few more years in kitchens of various London and Surrey establishments CFC Consult Ltd was founded in 2010

Dominique is originally from the Auvergne region of France and grew up in a boulangerie patisserie as his father was a baker and patissier. and at the age of 16 he followed in his father footsteps as a pâtissier
